Australia Post delivery changes:

Australia Post is experiencing some delays due to higher than normal volumes of online orders, but orders are still being fulfilled and are arriving to customers and on the whole postage and courier services are generally operating as normal. We thank you for your support while we implement these new measures to ensure our people and customers continue to stay safe and healthy.

Can I combine orders to save on postage?

Yes you can, if you spend more than $150 the postage is free. Otherwise we charge a flat $10 delivery fee on all orders. Alternatively, you can click and collect and pick up in store for free.


Is there a limit on how many items I can purchase?

There is no limit on how many items you can purchase, during some sales and promotions some items may not be available or may be restricted.

Do you price match?

Of course, we will price match on all like for like products. As long as the place where you found the better price has that item in stock we will endeavour to beat their price (online stores not applicable).

How do I place an order at Botaniko Fresh?

Simply add the items you want to your online shopping cart, proceed to checkout, add your credit card details or PayPal details and then your order is on its way! You can track your order online at anytime.

Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel, update or edit my order?

Yes you can do all of the above anytime before the items are on the delivery run.

Change of Mind Returns

If you have any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us via email or phone so we can assist you. You can return any non-perishable items within 30 days of your purchase.

I received the incorrect item, what do I do?

Simply email or call us with your order number and we can happily assist you and get the correct product to you asap.

Refund Policy

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it; is unsafe; is significantly different from the sample
or description; or doesn’t do what we said it would or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed. Please keep your proof of purchase.

Yes you can use all, any or some of your gift cards anytime with us.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment is secure and simple. We use industry leading SecurePay powered by AusPost. Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are all accepted. Paypal is also available as a secure payment platform.

When purchasing our Organic Liquor?

WARNING Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence;

  • To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000)
  • For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700)
